Our Visionary Leader
Dr. Mustafa Ali
Visionary Leader & Educational Innovator
Dr. Mustafa Ali is a seasoned educator and transformative leader with over 15 years of experience across international and domestic settings.
He earned his teaching degree from the University of Michigan, followed by a Master’s in Educational Leadership and certification in K–12 Administration. In 2023, he completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership (EdD) at Oakland University, where his research focused on hybrid learning models—successfully implemented during the global pandemic.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ali has held key roles in education, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, and founder. In 2019, he established Baneen & Banaat Academy, a pioneering institution that also served as the foundation for his doctoral work.
His leadership is driven by resilience, vision, and a deep commitment to the transformative power of education.
