At Baneen and Banaat Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund requests with fairness and transparency.
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable. This includes fees to secure a student's spot in a program or class.
2. Tuition Fees
- Before Program Start: 100% of tuition paid (minus registration fees) will be refunded if written notice is received at least 14 days before the program start date.
- Within 14 Days of Start: 50% refund if notice is given less than 14 days before the start date.
- After Program Start: No refunds after the program begins, regardless of attendance.
3. Installment Plans
Families who choose installment payment plans are responsible for the full tuition, even if the student withdraws before the end of the term. No refund or cancellation of unpaid installments is allowed after the start of the program.
Late Payment Penalty: A $25 late fee for each late installment payment will apply. Continued late payments may result in the suspension of student participation until the account is brought current. (This is not an interest charge!)
4. Canceled Programs
If Baneen and Banaat Academy cancels a class or program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full refund for all applicable fees, including tuition and registration.
5. Emergency Withdrawals
In cases of serious illness, relocation, or other emergencies, families may submit a written refund request. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a written request.
7. Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
